Girl Scout Gold Awards
The Gold Award is the highest award a Girl Scout can earn. High school aged girls identify an issue or problem within their community, investigate the issue, plan a project to help solve that issue, and implement the project. Gold Award projects involve a minimum of 80 hours of direct project work over the course of two to four years. Gold Award recipients represent future leaders and role models who have a drive to make the world a better place.
